Embrace your sins- Lust by AHussein Embrace your sins- Lust by AHussein

EDIT:

Symbolism in the piece

Why the horns Each sin is represented by an animal and the goat is the one who represents lust.

"Lust or lechery ("luxuria") is usually thought of as excessive thoughts or desires of a sexual nature."

"The Seven Deadly Sins, also known as the Capital Vices or Cardinal Sins, is a classification of objectionable vices that have been used since early Christian times to educate and instruct Christians concerning fallen humanity's tendency to sin. The currently recognized version of the sins are usually given as wrath, greed, sloth, pride, lust, envy, and gluttony."

I Had been working on this piece for some time now, it is Mixed Media, part traditional part digital. First of the Capital Sins Series I am working on during my spare time =) More to come after my commission schedule has been finished. I started thinking about doing this seriously after I saw some of `blackeri's beautiful sin artwork  check it out!
